“Holding in negative emotions such as grief and anger is exhausting. Naming and releasing them regularly through writing, movement, tears, singing, or making sounds frees us up to live full, vibrant lives.” Dr. Wayne Dyer

“All around us relationships breakdown on a daily basis. This can be father and son, husband and wife, Imam and community, and even more so in friendships. Here are 3 things you can do to improve the quality of your relationships and insha Allah prevent them from breaking down.
1- Use your relationship to attain reward from Allah. Be kind for the sake of Allah. Be patient for the sake of Allah. Be giving for the sake of Allah. Be forgiving for the sake of Allah.
3- Bring value to the relationship. Everyone focuses on receiving in relationships but no one wants to focus on giving. It is a relationship law that the more you give the more you will receive. Particularly focus on: a- Education of the deen. b- Adaptation of good character and morals. c- Creative ways to have fun and socialize.
May Allah bless you and your relationships. Ameen!”

“We live in fear in the world today, in our ego-driven lives,
where each one of us, on an energy level, are picking up vibrations from each other…
creating a world of chaos and confusion.
While if we just sat and listened and breathed the air of love and trust
We could maybe create peace within ourselves, and the world around us.
