My favourite ballet dancer…Sergei Polunin

Nothing has changed in this world. Why love when you can hate? Why be united when division brings power? There have been many lessons to learn. Have we learnt to discard what doesn’t work for us, and be silent in thought and learn through our experiences to find a new path, a new journey.

Marcus Aurelius, (121 AD – 180 AD), Roman emperor and the author of Meditations, a book which he wrote for himself. He had the answers which we still seek. Doesn’t say much about us, and our regressed world.

“Constantly I think of the Universe as one living creature, embracing one being and one soul; how all is absorbed into the one consciousness of this living creature; how it encompasses all things with a single purpose, and how all things work together to cause all that comes to pass, with their wonderful web and texture.”

So today, something beautiful for change. Music, dance and art, therapy and hope for the future.

Sergei Polunin, a hugely talented dancer, a radical, a rebel and a free thinker.

Adversity brings change. Change brings growth. How many of us have stopped growing?

Absolutely brilliant – total extension…
