In a silent world

Will we learn from our experiences in a world gone silent due to a virus transmitted from animals to humans, suspected culprits, bats and pangolins, when we learn that other lives, the voiceless, have as much right to life as we do.

There is also a suspected case of the bubonic plague in upper Mongolia thought to have spread from the consumption of sheep.

An outbreak of swine flu in China, from the consumption of pigs. This is all happening now.

It tells me that we shouldn’t be eating flesh. I don’t.
